PEDESTRIAN IN CROSSWALK STRUCK BY VAN

A 21-year-old Las Vegas man, presumed to be in a cross walk, was struck by a van who was proceeding on southbound Clayton in Las Vegas. The man was taken to University Medical Center in critical condition. Pedestrian/car accidents are a continuing problem in Clark County as driver's fail to pay attention and yield to pedestrians in cross walks.
